To respond to the request, assess initial feasibility, organize follow-up questions and provide availability or program updates where consent has been given.
Access and retention
Information is limited to the people and service providers needed to handle the inquiry and is retained only as long as reasonably needed for that purpose or applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your submitted personal information, or withdraw from availability updates, by emailing info@moedimharvest.com. Withdrawing from updates does not prevent Moedim Harvest from responding to a sourcing request you initiated.
Do not submit confidential formulas, complete specifications, personal farmer information or other restricted material through the first-contact form. The team can establish an appropriate diligence pathway after contact.
